Thank you for shopping LBD By Design.

This policy applies to shipped online orders.

FINAL SALE

All formal dresses and accessories are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
Accessories include but are not limited to, jewelry, handbags, purses, belts, hats, hair accessories, sunglasses, and other accessory items.
Items marked SALE, CLEARANCE, or FINAL SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any items purchased using a promotional code of any kind are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For merchandise eligible for return, returns must be postmarked within 2 calendar days of the carrier confirmed delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Items must have all original tags attached
Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
Must include proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
Returns must be recieved and inspected by LBD By Design before a refund is issued.

EXCHANGES

Please contact LBD By Design regarding size exchanges before returning merchandise.
Approved size exchanges are not subject to the 20% restocking fee.
Formal dresses, accessories, and other final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 calendar days of the carrier confirmed delivery date.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.
Damaged or incorrect items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund may be included.
Claims submitted after the 2 day window may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Final sale restrictions do not apply when LBD By Design has shipped an incorrect item or when an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective.

Minor variations in color, sizing, placement of patterns or embellishments, and other natural product variations are not considered defects.
